The Challenge
A large Canadian retailer struggled with inventory accuracy across physical stores, their website, and third-party marketplaces. Overselling, stockouts, and manual reconciliation processes were costing millions annually.
Our Approach
We architected a centralized inventory hub on AWS that acts as the single source of truth for stock levels across all channels. Event-driven synchronization with < 5 second latency ensures consistency. A warehouse management module with barcode scanning support was delivered via a React web app used on tablets in-store.
