The Challenge
FinanceFlow needed to replace a legacy desktop application with a modern web-based platform. The old system was slow, hard to extend, and unable to surface real-time market data. Users were abandoning the product due to poor UX and performance issues.
Our Approach
We conducted a two-week discovery sprint with key user groups to map pain points and define success metrics. We rebuilt the dashboard with Next.js and a WebSocket-powered real-time data layer. A comprehensive Figma design system was created first, enabling rapid, consistent UI development. We deployed on AWS with auto-scaling configured from day one.
