The Challenge
A healthcare provider needed a secure, HIPAA-compliant mobile app to connect patients with doctors remotely. Existing telehealth solutions were expensive, generic, and lacked intelligent triage capabilities that could reduce unnecessary consultations.
Our Approach
We built a React Native app with end-to-end encrypted video consultations, a symptom checker powered by a custom NLP model, and an intelligent appointment routing system. We implemented HIPAA-compliant data storage on AWS and worked closely with clinical advisors to ensure medical accuracy of the AI triage.
