The Challenge
A national logistics company was relying on manual spreadsheets and fragmented legacy software to manage a fleet of 500+ vehicles. Lack of real-time visibility was causing delays, customer complaints, and significant operational inefficiency.
Our Approach
We designed an event-driven microservices architecture on AWS, with a real-time WebSocket dashboard built in Next.js. GPS data ingestion pipelines processed 50,000+ events per minute. A mobile app for drivers was delivered alongside the web platform. We migrated their existing data with zero downtime using blue-green deployment.
